Holiday Shipping:
Any orders placed after 12/16 cannot be guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
Holiday Return Policy:
We extend our return policy for holiday gift giving of purchases made between November 8th - December 23rd. Gift items must be in new condition, in original packaging, unopened with original tags attached & include a gift receipt. The last day to return holiday gift purchases is January 23rd, 2026.
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All products must be unworn, in new condition with tags and/or packaging attached, and include the original receipt. Our policy enables us to keep our prices low and continue to bring you new inventory daily! Merchandise, home & gift items, accessories, handbags and jewelry must be in new condition with tags and/or packaging attached and include the original receipt. Sale/Clearance items are final sale. Final Sale items are marked "Final Sale".
SHIPPING
We ship all of our orders via USPS. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75.00.
IN STORE PICKUP
We do offer in-store pickup to customers in our area! Please wait for us to email you that your order is ready to be picked up and know that it can take up to 3 days from time of order to fulfill your order. You will be emailed once your order is ready!
Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. We get lots of new styles in everyday, so you can find something new if your purchase doesn’t work out!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Cash refunds will be received right away.
Refunds to a debit or credit card will be received within 5-10 business days.
If you purchased with a gift card and are returning an order/items, you will receive a refund in the form of a gift card. If you made a purchase with a gift card, you can not receive a refund in cash or on a card.
Online orders will be refunded once your refund is received in our web department.
*In store gift cards cannot be used online. Online gift cards cannot be used in store.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- The amount of your return & refund is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the receive date.
- Merchandise, home & gift items, accessories, handbags and jewelry must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. Shoes need to be unworn with the original box.
- Original receipt or invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
- All Clearance is Final Sale. Final Sale items are marked as Final Sale online.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive an email.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
